Yesterday we sadly said goodbye to Lou Lloyd. Although she didn’t have many seasons with us she made a huge impression during the time she was here. She was one of those characters that lit things up in whatever she did, on and off the pitch. The world is a sadder place without her but she wouldn’t want tears shed. She battled hard on the pitch and she battled unbelievably hard with her condition off the pitch.

We will miss her constantly tying her hair up…
We will miss her scones and cream and posh sausage rolls at half time…
We will miss her infectious banter in bar after the game….

Sunshine, smiles and a fantastic start to Week 5 at NXGEN Pro.

Our first-ever Girls Week is officially underway, and yesterday was a brilliant opening day here in Surrey.

After training in the morning, after lunch the team from Inspire Girls Football (IGF) delivered two outstanding seminars, giving our players valuable insights both on and off the pitch.

It's been the perfect way to kick off an exciting week, and we can't wait to see how every player develops over the coming days.

We’re excited to announce that the Inspire Girls Football Camp with Jess Fishlock is coming to the House of Sport, Cardiff this summer!

This is a fantastic opportunity for girls to develop their football skills, build confidence, make new friends and be inspired by one of Wales’ greatest footballers. 💙

Jess Fishlock will be joining the girls for a special Q&A session and meet & greet, sharing her experiences and inspiring the next generation of female players.

Delivered by our experienced team of female coaches, the camp is open to girls of all abilities, whether they’re just starting out or already playing regularly.

We’re aiming to make this our biggest girls’ football camp yet and would love for your club, school or community group to be part of it!

I just wanted to start by saying I’ve never been more excited for a summer programme than this one. The amount of hard work that’s gone in behind the scenes, the late nights, the planning, the conversations, and the new partnerships we’ve built all come down to this. More importantly, this summer has been shaped by our clients!! Your feedback, your ideas, and what you’ve told us you want. We’ve listened, we’ve improved, and now it’s time to get it out there. 1:1 Individual Sessions – Throughout July (August slots will be released end of July)

These sessions with Sophie Hollis at the BOSC, Bordon, Hampshire, are fully personal to each player. No generic coaching..everything is built around you, your game, and what you need to improve next. Small details, big progress!

NXGEN x IGF Residential Camp – Saturday 2nd August to Thursday 7th August

Our first ever residential camp, and it’s exactly what everyone has asked for. A true football experience from morning to evening: day boarding (08:30–20:30), three meals a day, full structure, and the option of overnight stay for players who want the full immersion. This is the closest thing to academy life we’ve ever delivered at Gordon's School, training, recovery, games, and life in a high-performance environment all week long.

Position Pro Clinic – Tuesday 18th August

A first for IGF. This is where we break the game down properly by position. We’re delivering specialist sessions including: Defending Clinic, Goalkeeper Clinic with Bowman Goalkeeping, Striker Clinic, and Technical/Strengeth and Conditioning. This is detailed, focused coaching built to sharpen your game understanding and give you real clarity in your role. Each clinic is 2.5hrs long.

Elite Performance Clinics – Monday 24th August (U8–U13) & Tuesday 25th August (U14–U16)

These sessions are about exposure, challenge, and opportunity. We’re bringing in guest coaches from different PGAs, academies and ETC environments, alongside experienced female coaches who bring real knowledge and lived experience of developing players in the girls’ game. This is your chance to train in front of new eyes, be challenged in new ways, and show what you can do in a high-performance environment.

New venue at Aldershot Traction Club..you spoke, we listened. We’ve moved the camps to a different location, based on your feedback. No more long trips down the A3/hogs back! These sessions are all about high-energy football, confidence building, and loads of touches on the ball in a fun, positive setting where every player can express themselves and improve.
