Review of the last 12 months working with Jamie Connolly . Jamie is a pleasure to coach, has a head well above his years and loves to lift.

Never be a lost sheep at your first competition. If yu have a handler, they should know this already.
If you are on your own, save this post and be well prepared come the day of competition!
