PT Joe Jenkins on one of the most effective chest builders in the gym — with a clever twist most people miss. 👀
This machine has two handles for a reason:
🔹 Inner grip — more tricep involvement, stronger lockout, great for pressing power
🔹 Outer grip — bigger stretch on the chest, more pec activation, better for hypertrophySame machine. Two completely different stimuli. Use both. 💪
Key points for either grip:
✅ Back flat against the pad
✅ Feet planted
✅ Lower under control — feel the stretch
✅ Drive through the chest, not the shoulders
✅ Don't lock out aggressively

HOW TO: Lying Nautilus Pec & Rear Delt Fly 🎯
PT Joe Jenkins on one of the rarest pieces of kit you'll find in any gym.
Two exercises. One machine. Lying down for maximum isolation. 💪
Pec Fly (face up):
✅ Lie flat, back pressed into the pad
✅ Elbows slightly bent, locked in position
✅ Bring the arms together over your chest
✅ Squeeze hard, control the negative
Rear Delt Fly (face down):
✅ Lie face down on the pad
✅ Lead with the elbows
✅ Pull the arms out and back
✅ Squeeze your rear delts at full extensionLying down takes momentum out the equation — pure, strict form. 🔥
