If I could pick one thing that has had the most impact for me during prep
I’d say this walking pad has to be it
Don’t get me wrong everything has contributed, the diet, the training , the relentless consistency.
I paid (£50 for this 😂)
Without this there is no way I’d be hitting 22-25k steps a day
It’s worth its weight in gold this thing and I’d highly highly recommend getting one for anyone wanting to make as much impact as possible
Increasing daily movement is absolutely key in losing body fat
The more we move, the more active we are, the higher we can keep calories
This is the sole reason why during this prep, I’ve not had to go to extreme lows with my calorie deficit- in terms of lower food too much
I’ve simply moved more
I was averaging 7-8k steps daily before I got this
Now it well above 20k daily with ease.
I say ease,
its effort
I get up early to be on it
I’m on it later at night
And I’ve set up my work desk so that I can work from it
But without it , I’m never hitting those numbers, especially in England as all it does is bloody rain.
And this is why with a lot of clients I don’t have to keep dropping their calories to keep seeing fat or weight loss
It’s because they move more
They become more active
Most invest in a walking pad (£80-£150)
Once they see that movement increase with a moderate sustainable deficit- they start seeing the changes quicker.
It’s a game changer guys and I’d highly recommend
All clients who invested in one began to realise how inactive they previously was .

You don’t need another diet.
You need an understanding of nutrition.
Most people I’ve worked with have already proven they can lose weight. They just never kept it off!

5 real reasons confidence was holding my clients back before they started coaching
(And they had nothing to do with the scales…)
1) They avoided photos
Not because they didn’t want the memories…
But because they hated how they looked in them.
2) They wouldn’t go in the pool on holiday
Instead of enjoying time with family, they spent the whole holiday worrying about what people thought of their body.
3) They hid behind baggy clothes
Not because they liked the style.
Because they didn’t feel comfortable in their own skin.
4) They said no to social events
They worried about seeing old friends.
They worried about what people would think.
So they stayed home instead.

Without confidence, we miss out.
Over the years, I’ve worked with many people who’ve told me that they would just simply hide away on holiday.
They’d never go into the swimming pool. They’d just hide away in the shade.

I have no idea but I’m ready ,
All I know is, I’ve put absolutely everything into this prep, and I know hand on heart there isn’t a single thing more I could have done.
It will all come down to who presents best on the day,
One thing for certain is that there will be some solid physiques on show,
Every early cardio session done ✅
Every training session done ✅
Every step target hit above and beyond ✅
Every meal calculated ✅
Every litre of water in✅
Every supplement taken✅
Stayed strict and didn’t miss a beat on a 10 day holiday✅
Missed social occasions ✅
Is prep easy? For me yes, I actually enjoy it.
For my family life, social life no, sacrifices have to be made at times
But I’m very greatfull that I have a very understanding, supportive and patient wife 😅

Helping is nothing more than an absolute pleasure
A great sense of humour, coachable, a massive contributor and motivator in the client group and works her arse off
I set her a challenge that was outside of her comfort zone and she has absolutely nailed it.

I’ve been working with Aiden for just over 14 months,
