Looking for a great way for your daughter to stay active, build unstoppable confidence, and make lifelong friends? 🏉✨

Helston RFC Girls youth training is starting early this year! While our primary team posters focus on our U14 and U16 squads, we are actively welcoming ANY girls from age 9 all the way up to 17. Whether she has never touched a rugby ball before or wants to take her skills to the next level, there is a place for her in our rugby family.

We have structured options for everyone:
👉 U14s Girls (School Years 8 & 9) – Focus on teamwork, new skills, and enjoying sport together!
👉 U16s Girls (School Years 10 & 11) – Stepping up into contested scrums, line-outs, and advanced team play!
👉 Ages 9–17 – If your daughter falls outside these specific school years but wants to play, bring her along! We accommodate all girls looking to try the sport.

WHAT A NIGHT FOR THE HAWKS! 🦅🏉✨

Our girls' rugby section, the Hawks, had an incredible presentation evening last Friday. It was a full on party with games, dancing, and some very memorable (we will be kind and say enthusiastic!) karaoke from the girls and their parents alike.

A massive thank you to our amazing coach Ruth for running the show and keeping everyone on the dance floor!

We are growing and we want you to be part of it! Next season is looking huge for us with:
⭐ U12 festivals
⭐ U14 team
⭐ U16 team

We are all about learning new skills, making friends for life, and enjoying every second on the pitch together. If you have a girl aged 9 to 17 who wants to give rugby a go, the more the merrier!

Great to see girls from local clubs forming a guard of honour for the Cornwall Women’s game yesterday at Falmouth.

We had a busy party last night... And some our girls played this morning and then came to do a guard of honour for the Cornwall Women!
