First day back at the gym after a well needed week off. Phil and I went to Turkey and had the best week. We couldn’t have done this without the help from Mitch Price and Hannah Harvey . Their kind support with covering the gym has been amazing.
Huge thank you to you both 🩷
Thankyou also to Jason Pidcock for covering the weekends both sides.

We are inviting all members past and present to come along and enjoy our School Sports Day. Its all for fun.
Its not about being the fastest ,fittest or most competitive. Its just about having fun.
