You wanna hit your chest high and in the middle ? This exercise will give u both . Incline your bench higher than usual and slightly turn your dumbbells in here as you see them . Great exercise to target upper and middle chest

Training in your 50s. Remember that muscle deteriorates so fast that you need to train with weights to stop it in its tracks!! I haven’t always lifted weights! I like most women was a cardio bunny but at that time It was ok for me to do that! The last 10 yrs has predominantly been lifting weights! It has completely changed the shape of my body and keeps my skeletal mass upright! My confidence is better, Plus I look good naked! Haha!
