Toros U15 0-1 Lucton U15

Toros hosted Lucton today in a very enjoyable game.
Lucton kept pressing Toros all over the first half and scored from a great cross by their winger. Toros defended tremendously keeping Lucton shots down to a minimum with blocks by the defence and great saves by Denver.

Second half Lucton applied more pressure. But Toros never gave up and kept trying to the end. We had a few chances in the game. But Lucton came out worthy winners.

Isaac was POTM for his work rate and effort in defence today a position he’s not normally use to 🔥

All I’d like to say is a massive improvement since last season for the team collectively competing each week.

We go again next weekend away to Hereford Lads Club 💪🏻

Up the Toros 🔵⚽️

⚽️ U12 Titans
🗓️ Sunday 11th October

Hard game today against Peggy, both teams going at it and nothing in it at half time with both teams coming off with 1-1!
Second half pretty much the same both teams going from end to end for Peggy to go 2-1 up. Titans still battled hard trying to get back into it, they had a chance with a penalty to equalise but they didn’t convert it and Peggy went away with a 2-1 win toady.

POTM was Leonid for all the hard work he put in and being absolutely everywhere on the pitch 👊

Well done Titans ⚽️🏆🌟

Well what can any of the coaches say. Today’s game against what we thought was of our toughest opponents and we won 5-0.

Toros played some outstanding football.
We were solid on the defensive side and even better going forward.

Eric bagged parents player of the match with some terrific defending and going forward 👏🏻🌟

Luca was managers player of the match for being the front line of the defensive pressure as well as setting up 2 of the goals 🌟👏🏻

⚽️ U10 Santos
🗓️ Saturday 10th October

Santos battled hard and showed a lot of resilience. Defensive players were superb and kept us in the game at times whilst also initiating several attacks. Pressing from the forward players also fantastic.

POTM could’ve gone to either David or Harry for the way they defended but David just nicked it for his leadership and communication ⚽️

Well done David 🌟🔥

📢 MATCH REPORT
⚽️ U9 Rapids
🗓️ Saturday 10th October

A great display of football today, especially from the away side 👏🏻

Lucton really showed the Rapids what it takes to compete in the top league. Some brilliant football from them, keeping it simple with passing and movement to create chances and finishing them brilliantly.

That being said, our players responded really well, never gave up and showed some brilliant passing and movement themselves, which led to some fantastic team goals.

Today was a real lesson in work rate, taking chances and who wanted it more. Plenty for the team to learn from and take into training 💪🏻

🏆 POTM – Abel

Brilliant performance today from our hat-trick hero! ⚽️⚽️⚽️ Great energy, encouragement and work rate all over the pitch. Well deserved mate 👏🏻

We go again next week against the same opposition, but this time in the cup! 👊🏻

📢 MATCH REPORT
⚽️ U11 Thunder
📆 Saturday 10th October

Toros’s under 11’s travelled to Ledbury. I had a full side of 11 players which is fantastic.

Josh hits a shot from 20 yards out. Keeper fumbles and ball makes its way into the net. We then score through Theo with one minute left. Breaks the line and cool finish.
