Clear Space Studios Centre of Wellbeing in the heart of Hereford

Yoga, dance, all kinds of groups. A place to serve the community; cradle to grave.

We want to grow and give our own work roots, and then to hire out the space to trusted practitioners who support our vision. Clear Space is a beautiful studio with lots of movement (movement meaning every kind of movement) practises; from yoga, dance, tai chi, chi gong, singing, community groups, even craft/workshops/ support groups. We want to land and give our own work roots, and then to hire out the space to trusted practitioners who support our vision.

Personal post to celebrate my gorgeous boy.

This lovely boy graduated today with a First Class Honours in Ancient History.

Glad he has had the opportunity to play hard, study in a brilliant city, find a great circle of friends, and actually enjoyed in his dissertation writing.

NEW CLASS FROM 10th JULY!

Yoga and Breathwork with Jon

Fridays 6:30pm

Each class begins with a short guided meditation to help you settle into the space and arrive fully in the present moment. We'll then move through a gentle warm-up flow, connecting breath with movement to awaken the body and create a deeper sense of mind-body awareness.

The practice continues with a dynamic vinyasa flow to build energy and focus, before transitioning into slower hatha-style postures held for longer to develop strength, stability, and balance.

We'll then explore guided breathwork inspired by the Wim Hof Method, helping you tap into the power of your breath and cultivate a sense of calm and clarity.

The class concludes with a deeply relaxing shavasana, allowing time to rest, reset, and absorb the benefits of the practice.
You'll leave feeling more grounded, relaxed, and connected—stronger in both body and mind, with a renewed sense of balance and wellbeing.

I will have a rare weekday evening space coming available at the end of January. I also have some morning and afternoon space too.

Get in touch if you'd like to bring your class to Clear Space Studios and we can have a chat.

The space is light, bright, clean, build for purpose, has a beautiful Canadian maple sprung floor, and the basic equipment (such as mats, bolsters, books, and straps) are available to use (so no more lugging bags of equipment round with you).
