We’re not looking for perfect people at Starlight.

We’re building a tribe of real, wonderfully ordinary people, all journeying through the ups and downs of life together.

Different ages, different stories, different reasons for coming through the door… but connected by a love of moving, laughing, belonging and feeling good. ✨

And perhaps that’s the real magic of what we do.
You might come for the dance and yoga…

⭐️ STARLIGHT SEPTEMBER RESET ⭐️

Our full adult class timetable is back FROM Tuesday 1st September, and we’re really looking forward to getting back into the studio with you all!

September always feels like a lovely opportunity to get back into good routines, make some time for yourself and, of course, move, breathe and shine.

You book by visiting the website and going to the pricing page. Purchase a £6 or £7 credit depending on your chosen class.
Next, go to the classes page and choose the class you want to attend and next to the date of the class click “book”.

If something crops up you click “cancel” and your credit remains for another time. You can book on right up to 10mins before the class starts.

🌊 August is my time to make space.⭐️

I love teaching. I love being in the studio, moving, creating, connecting and watching the magic happen.

But I’ve learned that I also need to step off the treadmill.

So August gives me something really precious…

Space.

Space to breathe.
Space to wander.
Space to put on my creativity hat. 🎩✨

To dream up new dance routines and yoga flows.
To shape shows and events.
To scribble ideas in notebooks.
To let thoughts tumble around without needing to know where they’re going just yet.

Because creativity isn’t something we chase.

It’s something we make space for.💛

And hopefully, after a few weeks of sunshine, sea air, stillness and lots of scribbling, I’ll come back into the studio in September full of beans, full of ideas and ready to share them with you! 😂⭐️

I’m missing you all and when I absolutely love what I do, it is hard to walk away for a while. I have learnt though, stepping away is exactly what helps us come back with more to give.

⭐️ STARLIGHT KIDS ARE BACK! ⭐️
Our September children’s classes (Age 3-18) are now OPEN FOR BOOKING! 💛

From little Sparkling Stars taking their first steps into dance, through our Shooting Stars and Shining Stars, to our ballet dancers working through their grades — there’s a place for every child to move, create, connect and shine. ✨

And Starlight is about so much more than learning steps.
It’s about friendships.
Confidence.
Creativity.
Performance.
Having fun.
Finding your own way to shine. ⭐️

We don’t want to create perfect dancers.
We want to help create confident young people. 💛

Our September term brings Dance, Tap & Ballet to Hereford, with lots more Starlight magic planned throughout the year — including festivals, stage schools, performance opportunities and our 2027 Summer Showcase.
