Want this to be you? Course you do! 😍 Our mixed ability classes are a great way to explore different tricks, transitions and spins, with variations given depending on the level you are working at, so everyone can get stuck in and challenge themselves 🙌

Our drop in pole classes have different levels which are designed to suit different abilities within the class:

⭐ Level 1 - suitable for total beginners, you will look at spins, seats, poses and holds to build up your skills and confidence in all things pole dance

⭐ Level 2 - as soon as you’re happy inverting, you move on up to Level 2. You will start learning longer combos up the pole, inside and outside leg hangs, working on arms only skills such as butterfly and much more

⭐ Mixed ability - these classes are open to all levels (although we do recommend if you are brand new to pole and have never been to the studio before to head to a Level 1 drop in first) where you will look at different tricks, transitions and spins. The class will be varied and you will be given variations depending on the level you are working at

If you’re unsure about what level may be suitable for you, speak to your instructor! They know your skill level best and will be more than happy to help guide you to the best place on your pole journey ❤️

Our Sunday aerial silks sessions are all about having fun, trying something new and learning to move through the silks with confidence. Whether you’re brand new to aerial or already have some experience, everyone is welcome

Our lovely instructor .giselle will guide you through poses, tricks and transitions, with the option to work your way up to some exciting drops when you’re ready 🤩

If you’ve never done a professional pole or aerial shoot before, don’t worry! You don’t need a catalogue of crazy advanced tricks to create beautiful images. Sometimes the simplest shapes, poses and little details make the most stunning photos ❤️

And honestly, if you’re going to have your pole or aerial journey captured, you want the best behind the camera! Image Cella is an absolute legend in the biz and makes you feel completely at ease while creating those WOW shots 😍

Annie will also be there throughout the shoot to help you with poses, shapes and making sure you feel confident in front of the camera 🙌
