This Week at the Dojo – Progress, Training & Beginner Spaces
This week our students continued developing strong Shotokan fundamentals, focusing on kihon, kata, and controlled partner drills. Beginners worked on balance, coordination, and confidence‑building techniques, while advanced students refined timing and movement.
We also welcomed new starters into our friendly, structured classes. If you’re looking to improve fitness, discipline, or self‑defence skills, we have beginner spaces available.

Never Tried Karate Before?

We welcome students from High Wycombe, Slough, Beaconsfield, Marlow, Maidenhead and nearby towns. Beginner-friendly karate classes for children aged 7+ and adults.

Walking into a karate club for the first time can feel intimidating. Every black belt in our club once stood exactly where you are now — nervous about their very first class.

You do not need to be fit, flexible, strong, or have any previous martial arts experience to join. Our instructors will guide you step by step at your own pace in a friendly and supportive environment.
