With the weather set for this week in mind..

🪭 I will ventilate the room as much as possible but please consider bringing your own hand/neck fans to keep cooler

🧊 Bring plenty of fluids to keep hydrated through the classes

👕 Wear something light and loose for dancing (closed toe, sensible footwear though!)

⏱️ Take time out.. You don’t have to dance every dance! Take a break to cool down
