It’s Technique Tuesday! ☘️ This week we’re focusing on upper body control. Keep those arms tucked at your sides and shoulders back to stay strong and steady. It takes commitment to master, but you’ve got this!

Technique Tuesday: Master your rhythm! 🥁 Practice without shoes to feel the music. Listen for the heavy beat and hit the floor exactly then. Using your feet like a drum is the secret to that perfect sound! ☘️
