I've no idea why you don't get results even though you go to the gym as well mate 🤦♂️
You've heard "you can't out train a bad diet"
That's kinda true...a bad diet for someone looking to tone up is over consuming calories.
Mad to think you're fuming about not getting results "even though you train" when your diet doesn't match someone who is in shape.🤯
Getting results isn't about being boring.
It's about eating meals/food that help you achieve results.
Having balance.
80% of the time you eat food that have you hitting targets to get results. Lean protein, veggies, fruit.
20% of the time...flex.
Being in shape is a lifestyle mate, it's built through habits, routine and informed choices. Not a quick fix you do for 2-3 weeks.
When you're fed up of not seeing the results you want.
You're already doing what you need to get the results you see my clients get. You just don't have the structure or systems to see them.

Month 5/12 wrapped ❤️
-Welcomed a new member of the Family and Thursday club.🫶
-Celebrated Shannan & Eddie's wedding.💒
-Sunsets at home.🌅
-My meals are now solids instead of liquids.😋
-Strength is coming back in the gym (still a long way off)💪
-Tried running (ruined me for the rest of the day)🫠
-Thursday club with Amelia 😍
-Started work in our garden ahead of summer (essential PPE)👷♂️
-Became a pro at sleep to speed up recovery 😴

Structure.
The difference between you and the person you want to look like (the you that's in shape, toned and confident in their appearance)
It isn’t genetics, age, or some magical fat loss secret.
The leaner, fitter, healthier people you look at and want to be.
They don’t have more motivation..they have a system and structure.
They don’t wing it all week then take the p**s every weekend.
They don’t need endless variety, detox teas, fat burners, 6week shred PDFs or whatever other quick fix you think will work.
They make things easier to stick to.
They repeat meals they enjoy…train with intent…and plan ahead
That’s why they get results that actually last.
The person you want to look like isn’t more motivated than you.
They’re just more consistent than you because they have structure that works on their worst day.

12 weeks. 8kg down. Inches gone of her stomach. Confidence through the roof.
When Sarah joined, she felt stuck, lost and overwhelmed wanting to get in shape for her wedding. Diet and nutrition felt like a minefield. Feeling lost with soo much misinformation on social media.
Fast forward 12 weeks…

You do NOT need another diet.
You already know enough to get results.
Eat better, Train smarter, Drink more water.
You know that already.
Your problem is that your plan goes to s**t the second life gets stressful.
You’re good when motivation is high.
Then life gets busy...
You miss a few workouts. Start eating things you told yourself you can't have. Don't see the progress you want.
Then hit the “f**k it” button and tell yourself you’ll restart Monday.
That cycle is what’s keeping you stuck.
Not carbs, not your metabolism, not your age!
