You get unlimited session access for the week where I'll teach you the exercises and suit them to your ability

So you'll never need to worry about not knowing what you're doing or doing it wrong, because I'll be there

Then outside of the gym we'll chat about your goals and how to get there in a way that's effective for you (usually nutrition and activity related if weight loss is the goal)
