Meet Millie! 👋

You might recognise Millie around reception, or from downstairs at Kallie & Co, she’s also one of the people behind Needham Gym.

When the opportunity to become part of a family business came along, Millie knew she wanted to get involved. She loves working as a team, especially alongside the people closest to her 🫶🏼

For Millie, what makes NG different is the people. The aim has always been to create a friendly, comfortable environment where members feel more like friends or part of the family.

And her biggest achievement? You may have spotted our youngest member of the team, Ronnie, hanging around reception! Raising a baby while still being involved in running the gym and getting back into hairdressing at Kallie & Co has been busy, but a lot of fun.

Say hey if you see her around! 🖤

✨ Meet Izzy, one of our NG owners!

Strength training has been a huge part of Izzy’s life for the last 10 years. She even travelled to Paris to complete HYROX in 2024 ⚡️

One of Izzy’s favourite parts of working at NG is getting to know the people behind the workouts and what motivates them to train here.

Whether it’s celebrating someone’s first pull-up, chatting at reception or hearing what motivates each member, she loves helping make the gym feel like a place people genuinely enjoy coming to.

Her biggest piece of advice?

👉 Stop letting the scales define your progress.
Instead, focus on how you feel, how much stronger you’re becoming and the confidence you’re building along the way.

Say hey if you see Izzy around the gym, she’s always happy to help 🖤
