A Spirit 54 featured in Daniel Craig's debut as Bond in the 2006 movie Casino Royale - who can forget that famous shot of Daniel sailing through Venice with Eva Green? When Daniel returned in 2021 for his final Bond mission, he was pictured sailing a Spirit 46 in Jamaica in No Time To Die ⛵️ 🏝️

On Friday 2nd and Saturday 3rd October, Spirit Yachts is offering exclusive private viewings of the new Spirit P50 Sport at St Katharine Docks Marina, in the heart of London.

With attendance by appointment only, this intimate event offers guests the opportunity to experience the new P50 Sport in person, see the design and craftsmanship first-hand, and discover the Spirit approach in creating world-class modern classic yachts 💫

Also on show will be a Spirit C72 cruising yacht, presenting a rare opportunity to view two exceptional Spirit yachts in one private setting. Designed for cruising and regatta racing, this C72 is in exceptional condition and she is available on the brokerage market ⛵️

If you are heading to this year's Southampton Boat Show, check out the Wooden Boat Stage, where our team will be taking part in talks throughout the show.

Watch our Yard Manager Adrian and boatbuilder Brenden demonstrate how we laminate a ring frame and hear about the design and build of the new Spirit P50 Sport on Sunday 20th September.

On Tuesday 22nd, our designer Oscar will be sharing details of our Schools' Outreach Programme and how we are working to encourage more young people into the industry.

Finally on Thursday 24th, Brenden will be back talking about his pathway into boatbuilding via the Boat Building Academy.

Spirit Yachts is coming to the Newport International Boat Show 🇺🇸

From 17th - 20th September, we'll be at the iconic Newport Boat Show with a Spirit C72 cruising yacht and an R52 race yacht ⛵️

If you're heading to the show, come down and see these two beautiful examples of Spirit design and craftsmanship 💫

The C72 is part-way through world cruising - having explored Europe and the Caribbean, she is now on her US adventure. The R52 recently sold to a passionate sailor on the east coast and is already making her mark at local regattas.

A new Spirit is born...

Yesterday, we rolled over the hull of the new Spirit C78 cruising yacht, ready for her interior fit out to begin.

The C78 is designed for cruising in the Mediterranean and bluewater adventures, delivering quality sailing as well as a luxury guest experience ⛵️💫

The wooden hull of a Spirit is built 'upside down' before being turned 180 degrees in mid-air by two cranes. Once she is the right way up, the yacht moves back inside the yard ready for our talented team of craftsmen and women to bring the yacht to life with interior structure and custom joinery.
