Things I learnt today. Alkazabar = fortress Alkazar= royal palace. Buildings with pomegranites combined with crosses as arrow slits = built after 1492. Granada = pomegranite. Fresh mint and whole lemons makes really nice green lemonade. Raiders of the lost ark was filmed here. And more but that’s good for now. Almeria is a fab day out. History, yumminess, city beach is a great day out!

How about strolling a few minutes under the big starry sky to a beautiful spacious custom built yoga shala to sit quietly with the sunrise? How about a morning yoga practice full of joy and readying for a day of whatever you choose? How about beautiful home made food, Olives, grapes, pomegranates on the trees around you. How about amazing massages, hiking, reading, lounging, nothing, everything? How about day trips out to Granada and or the beach? How about a late afternoon gentle yin practice to just take some time. How about dinner wirh lovely people, a glass of delicious w**e if you want, laughter and new friends. If any of that sounds nice we have 2 spaces just opened up last minute for you to join us.
