We’ll be bringing you more special collaborations throughout the year, starting with another morning of movement, music & play with Kathryn from KD Dance.

90 minutes of structured gymnastics with the opportunity to work on strength, flexibility and skills at your own pace.

ADULT GYMNASTICS 16+

We’re excited to officially introduce Adult Gymnastics at Twist & Splits!

Whether you’re returning to gymnastics after a few years away, or you’ve always wanted to give it a go, our new monthly session is open to all abilities.

A structured 90-minute session with the opportunity to work on strength, flexibility and gymnastics skills at your own level.

Booking is now open for our very first Mini & Me — Safari Adventure!

Three weeks of gymnastics, exploring, playing and learning together — with a little safari adventure along the way.

Each little gymnast will also receive their very own certificate at the end of the block.
