This Saturday is our Sponsored Walk from Harness Park our home to Hornsea, 17 miles in total and we are incredibly proud of all those who have donated, walking and supporting us!

⚽ PAN Disability Football – Football for Everyone! 💙

Friday evenings 6-7pm at Harness Park

Do you love football, want to get active, build confidence, or meet new people? Our PAN Disability Football sessions provide a fun, safe, and inclusive environment where everyone has the opportunity to play, develop skills, and enjoy the sport.

Who is PAN Disability Football for?
Our sessions are open to children, young people, and adults with a wide range of disabilities and additional needs, including:

✅ Learning disabilities and learning difficulties
✅ Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC)
✅ ADHD
✅ Physical disabilities and mobility impairments
✅ Sensory impairments, including visual and hearing impairments
✅ Cerebral palsy
✅ Down syndrome
✅ Acquired brain injuries
✅ Social, emotional, and behavioural needs

We also welcome individuals who experience mental health challenges such as:
💚 Anxiety
💚 Depression
💚 Low confidence or self-esteem
💚 Social isolation
💚 Stress-related conditions

No matter your experience or ability level, everyone is encouraged to join in and participate at their own pace.
