MANAGER WANTED – FC Esperanza Men’s

Football Club Esperanza are looking to appoint their first ever Manager for our men’s team ahead of the 2026/27 season.

Competing in the East Riding County League on Saturday afternoons, this is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious and committed individual to become part of a progressive football club with a strong community focus and clear player development pathway.

Role Expectations:
• Assemble a playing squad for the upcoming season.
• Lead and manage the Team on training sessions and matchdays weekly.
• Help develop and progress all players within our men’s setup.
• Promote high standards, commitment, and a positive club culture.

We are looking for someone passionate about grassroots football, player development, and being part of a growing club environment.

As a club we are willing to put the right candidate through their coaching badges, all the way to UEFA B if desired.
