Goole United AFC

The Lions travel to Goole for our second fixture with Goole United AFC Academy this season, last time out In our first game of the season we came away with a defeat at home 5-2. We go to Goole with the hopes of making things right after initially letting a 2-0 lead slip earlier in the season.

We end 2025 with The Lions having played 10 games Won 4 of them drawing 2 games and loosing 4 games as well.

Hull Lions was meant to be a team that started in the 2026/27 season but when the league offered us a spot this year 1 month past the deadline we jumped at it with both hands, bearing in mind we had no team, no kit, no home ground and a gaffa who’s only real experience managing was FIFA career mode! 7 months later we can proudly say we have 32 young and willing Players in our roster and we may not walk any league or win any trophies this year but one thing is for sure….

The Lions are here to stay!!
