You knew it was coming and I’ve finally got my arse in gear with a date! Sunday October 18th 10am start, Hulls Strongest Annual Push Pull to end the year with some nice PBs and maybe a little cash in your hand. Continuing the tradition of keeping it different this years events will be Monster Dumbbell and Axle Deadlift.
Same format as before 3 lifts to shift the most weight, medals for each category and trophies and cash for Overall Biggest Total Men and Women and Kg for Kg Strongest Men and Women (Dots).
£30 entry fee including comp shirt.

We’ve been “Punk’d”, Steampunk’d that is! Quick remind to everyone that this weekend we will be up at Filey for the hosting the strongman and Tug o War competitions, that means unfortunately that there will be a few items of equipment missing from the gym from Friday afternoon until Sunday night. Apologies for the inconvenience this will cause and I appreciate your patience and understanding in this.
Kit that will be missing will include but not limited too the Tackyless Stones and Barrel, Sandbags, axles and apollon wheels. We will still have plenty of kit remaining as always for you to play with however. Obviously your all still more then welcome to join us and any last minute heroes that want to step into the competition please don’t hesitate to get in touch.

Pleased to announce that not only will we be hosting in the gym from the beginning of June but they are also coming on board to provide support and care at our upcoming comps to you all!?! Both the Strongman Competition and Hulls Strongest 2026 will feature their services to help soothe any aches and pains between events. Not only that but they are also coming providing treatment services as prizes so some of you will be able to further benefit from their skills!
