So I decided to make a post to promote my class I'm teaching tonight and ask ChatGTP for an idea and well, it would be rude not to post it .

JACK IS BACK!

Many of you will know Jack from his years at Arena before going on to open Grit performance gym last year.

In just 7 months, Grit Performance Gym has grown into a fantastic gym community, and I am incredibly proud of what he’s achieved.

With Colin now moving on to a new opportunity, we’re delighted to welcome Jack back to Arena in a bigger role.

Don’t worry , Jack will continue to run GRIT while also helping to lead Arena alongside me, and work closely with Callum.

You’ll see him teaching classes, supporting members on the gym floor, helping new members get started, and playing a bigger part in the day-to-day running of the gym.

So from now on, you’ll see the new Arena team of Sally, Callum and Jack working together to take Arena forward.

As always thank you for your continued support. Arena wouldn’t be the gym it is today without the loyalty, encouragement and support we’ve received from our members over the years. For that, I am incredibly grateful.
