Hey, I’m Aimee 🩵

I don’t think me and my sister fully knew what we were getting ourselves into when we decided to open a Pilates studio together 😅

Seeing our idea turn into a studio full of amazing people made all the hard work instantly worth it. Sonny is without a doubt the best thing we’ve ever done!

I’m so proud of what we’ve created, and even more grateful for everyone who’s become part of it.

Hi, I’m Holly ⭐️ I’ve been teaching Pilates for the past two years, and it’s genuinely one of the best things I’ve ever done.

What started as a love for Pilates has grown into a business, a community and a massive part of my life. It’s introduced me to so many amazing women & created so many new friendships.

For me, Pilates has always been about so much more than the workout. I want my classes to be fun, welcoming and somewhere everyone feels comfortable, whatever stage of their Pilates journey they’re at.

I’m also very lucky to get to do all of this alongside my sister, my mum and my best friend, which makes it even more special.

I’ll see you all at the reformer 🩵
