Our divers have been enjoying the extra day off and completing training at Stoney Cove.

When we’re not underwater, you’ll often find us out on the trails and park paths. Some of our members are seasoned runners, others have laced up their trainers for the first time (or some in a very long time!) this year— all coming together to stay healthy, social, and dive‑fit.
From touring local parkruns to taking part in races along the way, it’s about motivation, friendship, and supporting each other both above and below the surface.
Because diving isn’t just about the dives… it’s about the people you do them with 💙🤿

Another Sunday done right- blowing bubbles underwater!
Our happy divers explored the various wrecks at 20-22m deep at Stoney Cove yesterday working on their buoyancy & trim (position & control in the water)
