A very happy crew on side of the pit box, as he finishes today’s opening race p13!

But we’re also gutted for who was simply in the wrong place at the wrong time in that race - another rider crashed out and he tried to take avoiding action but had absolutely nowhere to go and ended up colliding with the other bike. Luckily he’s ok, just disappointed 😞

We’ve got one more shot left this afternoon, let’s make it count!

More points on the board for Rhys Irwin after he crossed the line p14 in today’s first race at Donington Park!

Unfortunately, Eugene Mcmanus retired on the 14th lap while also in the points – the pair of them had been running together for most of the race.

We have two more races tomorrow so there’s plenty of opportunity for more points for both riders – and the whole team is looking forward to going again.

Practice is all done and Rhys Irwin and Eugene Mcmanus are getting ready for Qualifying which will get underway at 1.15pm today.

With no Daniel Brooks this weekend as he continues his recovery following surgery after the Cadwell crash in August, the team is just running in British Superbike Championship this round - and it’s definitely a bit quieter around the place this weekend!

We’re looking forward to what we hope be a strong qualifying for both riders so they can get good starting positions for today’s race at 4.15pm.

FP2 done - and both Eugene Mcmanus and Rhys Irwin have improved their lap times since this morning’s session.

There’s one more session to go this afternoon, Pre Qualifying at 4pm where they’ll both be chasing even more improvement.

Thank you for having us, TT Circuit Assen - it’s been a blast but it’s also been a tough one at times!

After his off in Race One today, the boys worked tirelessly and managed to get Rhys Irwin patched up back out for this afternoon’s final British Superbike Championship race and he brought her home p17 - but unfortunately Eugene Mcmanus race was cut short when he retired two laps from the flag.

It’s been a challenging round at times, we’ve had a mixed bag of results but more importantly, both riders have learnt a lot, they’ve both ridden well all weekend and now we get to return home to finish the season at two tracks they’ve already raced this year.

Well done and thank you to all the British fans who made the voyage across the sea to join us and it was lovely to meet some new Dutch fans over the weekend - you all made a great event even better!

Onwards and upwards - roll on Donington Park!

Not the start we wanted for race day a Rhys Irwin crashes out on Lap One after powering up to p12 at the start.

Eugene Mcmanus brought her home p16, just missing out on a point.

We have one more shot at it this afternoon in the final battle of the weekend, where Eugene will line up p18 and Rhys due to start p21

Day Two at Assen done and dusted – and both Rhys Irwin and Eugene Mcmanus have finished their first ever Superbike race ...

Day Two at Assen done and dusted – and both Rhys Irwin and Eugene Mcmanus have finished their first ever Superbike race here at the iconic Cathedral of Speed.

After making it into Q2, Rhys started p12 on the grid with Eugene p21 and they both had strong races, enjoying some good battles all the way to the flag.

Rhys crossed the line p15 – just 0.048secs off p14 - to pick up another point as Eugene finished p18.

There’s a few things to work on for both riders but we all have a good idea what we need to do and which areas need work and the team is looking forward to going again with two more races tomorrow.
