It was the turn of the ladies section of Maghull TTC to experience a day out 🏓 training on Thursday 28th May at Hilton TTC in Bolton. The Women and Girls training day was facilitated by Beth O’Connell (England Senior # 12) and Brooke Morris (England U17 # No.8 )and geared toward all levels.
It gave the ladies a chance to have fun, meet some other 🏓 enthusiasts and pick up some new skills along the way.
A thoroughly enjoyable day!

“*Fun & Games in Finland!*

Arty Malm who represents Maghull TT club recently traveled to Helsinki to play in the 2nd year of the Pongfinity Cup. The two day events saw 450 players across all age groups and from around the world, meet for a very high standard of table tennis.

Arty won a credible 4 out of 8 matches but the real highlight was getting to meet and have a knock with the Pongfinity lads Otto, Emil and Mikka as well as meeting Finish legend Benedek Oláh!!”

Fantastic day at Lydiate yesterday ,really excellent turnout,all tables (nine) in full swing during the day and ‘Robbie’ robot particularly well used by the younger attendees!!! 🤖🏓
The plan going forward will be to have Lydiate available as a coaching and practice centre every Saturday
Beginners at 12 .00
League standard and improver sessions at 10.30 and in the afternoon
