There are lots of ways to support a small business. But telling someone you know, “You should come to this class” has to be one of the best. 🥹❤️

Because you’re not just recommending a workout.

You’re saying, “I think you’d love this.”
“I think you’d feel comfortable here.”
“Come with me.”

And honestly, that means the world to me.

So whether you’ve brought your best friend, your partner, your mum, your workmate, your neighbour… or someone you met five minutes ago 😂 Thank you for spreading the Zumba love. 🫶

I’ll never take that for granted. ❤️

Apparently Zumba gives you more than just sore legs… 😂

I asked my class what they’ve gained from Zumba other than fitness, and their answers were the perfect reminder that sometimes the best things you get from a workout have absolutely nothing to do with the workout.
