Once I’d recovered from being absolutely wiped out, there was actually a point to all of this 😭

Champ Tots is a brilliant way for little ones to burn off some energy while building confidence, coordination, balance and new gymnastics skills in a fun environment. 🤸‍♂️✨

🔁🔥 THROWBACK THURSDAY — MAX AT THE 2025 BRITISH CHAMPIONSHIPS 🔥🔁

Throwing it back to the routine that saw Max crowned Senior Men’s British Champion last year! 🏆🇬🇧

A huge performance when it mattered most — packed with difficulty, control and confidence from start to finish. 🤸‍♂️🔥

Moments like this are the result of countless hours of training, consistency and hard work behind the scenes.

An incredible routine, an incredible result, and definitely one worth looking back on. 👏

🦁🐒 PRESCHOOL ACADEMY IS BACK — AND THIS TERM, WE’RE GOING TO THE ZOO! 🐘🦓

Our Preschool Academy at Liverpool Trampoline Gymnastics Academy is designed to help little ones build confidence, coordination and fundamental movement skills through fun, active sessions.

And this term, it’s all zoo themed! 🦁

Expect plenty of jumping, balancing, climbing, exploring and imaginative activities designed to keep children moving, learning and smiling.
