• Gently releasing tension so your body feels looser
• Improving posture and movement (especially for desk-based work)
• Building strength in a way that actually feels good, not exhausting

I’m running a free beginner Pilates taster class in Whetstone:
Monday 20 April 6:30–7:30pm, Peak Performance - High Road Whetstone

Hello Barnet neighbours,

I’m hosting a charity mat Pilates class and would love to see some local faces there.
The class will be completely beginner-friendly, so yes, it’s perfect for you, even if you've never tried Pilates before.
Money raised will go to Barnet Foodbank, which does such important work supporting people in our community.
