Client progress
Intially had a phone consultation with my client, I told her that changes take time and the goal may be big, but step by step we will progress.
In these few months she has done amazing and each week her weight training, cardio and nutrition has been 100% on point.
She’s got better stamina, is feeling healthier and stronger, lifting bigger weights, is now able to tie her shoe laces comfortably, is learning more about her body and nutrition and has become more comfortable within herself.
Each week she has put in the hard work and commitment to improving herself, whilst being a mum and having a full time job. She’s made this progress whilst being able to still be social and going out to eat with friends and family.

Client progress
My client, juggling a demanding 9-5 job, DJ gigs, and family responsibilities, initially struggled to prioritise health amidst a chaotic schedule. Determined to make lasting changes without resorting to quick fixes or fad diets, he came for my guidance.
Together, we focused on gradually eliminating junk food, smoking, and excessive drinking while prioritizing regular exercise, hydration, and balanced nutrition. Now, he walks daily, exercises 2-3 times a week, drinks over 2 liters of water daily, and maintains a healthy diet without sacrificing his social and family life.
Previously feeling out of breath and fatigued during volleyball games, he's experienced a remarkable turnaround. His newfound fitness has not only improved his performance on the court but has left him feeling rejuvenated post-game.
While our journey isn't over, the progress has been significant. Beyond physical changes, he's become mentally stronger, more energized, and increasingly confident in himself. This transformation extends beyond fitness, positively impacting his overall lifestyle.

You don’t need anyone to tell you junk food is bad for you.
When people eat junk food most the time it’s comfort eating, feeling depressed and the end result is always the same. They feel S**T!
Eat the foods you know are healthy, the foods that help your digestion system work better and help you thrive!
Nothing matters if your health ain’t in check.

Weight loss on its own isn’t going to make all your problems disappear.
Losing weight may make you look more attractive but you are missing out the bigger picture.
Learn to focus on building muscle, improving your fitness and losing fat whilst gaining strength.
In life we want to gain not lose so stop only focusing on how you look or what the scales say because the scales don’t mean much just because you’ve lost a X amount of weight.
You are more than a number.
