I help people escape their desks to build strong, resilient bodies Hi! I'm Georgia. I am a Personal Trainer based in London. My passion is parkour.

I absolutely love it. I have been training parkour for over 10 years now and it has genuinely brought so much joy into my life.

I am also interested in strength training and the benefits it can have, helping people to live pain-free.

If you like how I train and are interested in learning more, DM me and let's see if we can work together!

The Female Parkour Programme is getting an upgrade!

I’ve added 20 min parkour workouts on:

- Swings & toe shoots
- Arm jumps & 180 cats
- Standing pres, running jumps and plyos

Each technique is explained for both complete beginners and intermediate athletes

If you feel you need this in your training, you can still join up until 1st August

After that we close shop and focus on coaching the group that have committed

To sign up, message me the word ‘PARKOUR’ and I’ll send you the link to join

Parkour vaults ⏭️ July 2026: Inside the Female Parkour Programme we’ve been working on vaults.

I uploaded about 15 different vaults to the app and asked the ladies to practice at least once a week.

I also encouraged (not obligatory) to post either a version they were happy with or one they were struggling with asking for help with in the group chat.

Here are their results at the end of the month 😍

…This month the parkour focus is very different. But you’ll have to join the programme to find out! 😉

I felt so tired today. But I’m so glad I went out and trained anyway.

I’m pretty sure being on day 3 of my cycle made me feel extra tired, heavy and uncoordinated.

On days like this I try to take the pressure off, just move a bit and see how it feels.

Strides and pres were feeling really hard to be accurate with, but then the splat was the perfect challenge for a day like today.

First time doing it and so happy it felt so easy.

Thanks for pushing me to look at it.

Good vibes with & .neko 🫶

A day of unfinished challenges, but I’m okay with that, because this is literally the process I need to go through in order to get better.

I’ve said it a few times recently, for me the most important things in my training are to always be improving and to have fun.

As long as those two things are happening, I’m happy.

So excited for this next month of the Female Parkour Programme:

- New 20 minute parkour workouts focusing on laches, toe shoots, precisions, strides, arm jumps and 180 arm jumps;
- New video library of tutorials for every exercise;
- A revamp or tidy up of the app, meaning it’s going to look so profesh 😍

Already inside the app:
- Nutritional guides;
- Mobility follow along videos;
- Injury rehab for shoulders and ankles;
- Strength & power workouts.

What I tell me clients:

Aim for 2 strength workouts a week and 2 parkour sessions a week. That is sufficient to keep progressing. Do more if you want to, but that is your base.

Listen to your body, it’s normally telling you what it needs. Rest, when you need to. Push harder when you feel it’s right to.

If you’re feeling really tight on time, think about what’s one thing you can do that takes 15 minutes and will move you in the direction of your goals. This works!
