Join Lindsay for a new moon sound bath on Friday at 7pm
£20 / 5 credits
Intention setting, guided relaxation and a deep sound journey.
According to astrologers, a new moon provides an opportune time to set fresh intentions. Energetically, the beginning of a new lunar cycle offers a clean slate.
We’ll open with gentle somatic practice and calming breath-work. You’ll then be guided through a meditation to help facilitate the formulation of your deepest intentions, before we flow into our sound bath. You’ll receive the therapeutic sounds of a variety of instruments including crystal singing bowls, gong, buffalo drum, and chimes. The harmonies, vibrations, and rhythms of the instruments played during a sound bath can induce an altered state of consciousness.
It encourages brainwaves to settle into an alpha-theta state, the mystical realm between sleep and wakefulness where visions, insight or inspiration can arise. You may enter a state of deep relaxation, and emerge with a greater sense of clarity and presence.
Benefits of sound bathing include stress relief, improved sleep, pain reduction, and emotional release.
No effort is required from you - this is an invitation to rest, release, and receive.

Something (and someone!) lovely is coming your way for the new moon on Friday 17th April at 7pm.
Join for a new moon sound bath.

According to astrologers, a new moon provides an opportune point in time to set fresh intentions. Energetically, the beginning of a new lunar cycle offers a clean slate. You may wish to consider what you’d like to embody, or work towards over the coming mooncycle, planting seeds of purpose with meditation, affirmation or visualisation.

Whether you’re a totally terrified beginner or you can kick-up to handstand but don’t always find your balance there yet, this class is for you.
Tuesdays 18:20 with
You’ll learn and improve on the three main elements of handstands:
- shoulder strength and mobility
- awareness of straight-line alignment
- how to balance your handstand.
This class will be progressive and full of fun and playfulness. You’ll get to know how to safely spot handstands, efficient techniques for kicking up and jumping into handstand, as well as how to safely fall out.
We’ll use targeted strength exercises and drills, drawing on elements from acrobatics, gymnastics, and yoga, to help you find better balance on your hands.
No experience needed, but to get the most out of classes it’s recommended you can do a downward-facing dog and perform a few push ups (with knees on the floor is fine).
Please be aware that classes include partner work and spotting, which involve physical contact.
Not suitable during pregnancy.
