We are excited to announce that we will be working with Moving MOI going forwards, a brilliant local organisation who focus on improving the health and wellbeing of BAME communities by increasing activity participation through play, sports & fun fitness programmes.

We are kicking off this collaboration by offering 10 spaces in The Big Half on 6th September. If you are keen to run a half marathon with your favourite studio in support of an amazing local community organisation then look no further, and sign up to join us by email or DM

We’re super excited for our next studio PHOTOSHOOT 📸 from 5.30-8pm on Wednesday 24th June - join us for a FREE miniseries of classes that will be FUN, FRIENDLY and PHOTOGRAPHED! Our girl Melody will be capturing these sessions, while we will provide the refreshments and the vibes.

You’ll still get your moves in, with 30 minutes of Circuits, 30 minutes of Barre & 30 minutes of Yoga 🧘🏽♀️ Arrival from 5.30pm, classes will start promptly at 6pm.

Pilates is peaking in a big way, but what that often means is that the method and the teachings become diluted. If you are curious about the foundational principles of Pilates and would like to feel more confident attending studio classes, then we are offering a four week Introduction to Pilates course with the lovely from 12th June to 3rd July inclusive.

Eloise is passionate about the transformative power of Pilates. Her approach is empathetic and understanding, informed by her experience of living with chronic pain; she has first-hand experience of the multifaceted benefits of Pilates, and in particular the deep mind-body connection the practice encourages.
