Dylan has a passion for helping people feel motivated and supported and is very much looking forward to being part of the team and helping our Wombles!

He loves playing racket sports, anything fitness related from running to weight lifting ๐Ÿ‹๐Ÿผ

This has been LONG overdue. Mayโ€™s Member of the Month goes to our legendary Womble ๐Ÿ‘ Lucy has been a dedicated member of ours since June 2023, so just shy of 3 years. Within that time she has attended a whopping 793 classes! ๐Ÿ”ฅ

Lucy continues to show her dedication and accountability day in day out and has made friends for life within the community. She is a huge part of our F45SW family to say the least! Sheโ€™s got a heart of gold and you can see that through her encouragement and support of other members.

Well done Lucy and thank you for being patient in winning this recognition award! ๐Ÿ˜œ ๐Ÿ˜‚

It truely is the end of an era as Eszter is leaving to move to Hungary ๐Ÿ˜ฅ Of course we are so happy for her as she embarks on this new adventure with her husband, but we are certainly losing a huge piece of our puzzle.

She has helped so many members, not only in their strength and mobility but also in their confidence! Her energy lights up the room and she just fills the space with pure warmth, making people giggle, sweat and smile โญ๏ธ

We all love you Eszter! We may be losing a core part of our community but Hungary is gaining someone very special!

She will be back every now and then where we will hopefully run a workshop together โค๏ธ

Introducing MAJOR 6 ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿป Every Thursday evening for the next four weeks we will running a new strength session called Major 6.

Major 6 is a full body strength session built around the foundational lifts: Bench Press, Squat, Reverse Lunge and Shoulder Press๐Ÿ”ฅ

These four weeks will be our foundation for our upcoming 6 Week Lift Club Program, where we will break down technique and work on progressive overload.

We started with Lift Club on a Friday night and it was so popular, we thought why not bring it onto the weekly schedule on Thursday nights instead.

Book in for this Thursday to give it a go!

A huge congratulations goes to Julia Boggio as she has been awarded our April Member of the Month! ๐Ÿ”ฅ Julia has been part of the F45SW community for almost 4 years and is a complete joy to have in the studio. Julia has taken part in multiple 6 week Challenges and has achieved fantastic results ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿป
She inspires other members and also has solid friendships within the community. Itโ€™s so wonderful to see her flourish so this is very well deserved. Youโ€™re amazing Julia!

Come and join us this Saturday 18th for our BACKYARD ULTRA! All to support Megan Burling and our long term member Richard Cracknell for their 100km run from London to Brighton at the end of May.

On Saturday, from 11am to 4pm you will have the choice of any of the below to complete, on the hour of every hour for up to 5 hours ๐Ÿ”ฅ

1. Run/Walk 3 or 5km ๐Ÿƒ
2. Ski or Row 4km or Bike for 10km ๐Ÿšฒ
3. Complete an AMRAP of 5 exercises, 20 reps for 5 rounds ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿป

The studio will be your recovery zone where you can rest, refuel and reset ready for the next hour! We will have samples, giveaway, snacks and drinks so you definitely wonโ€™t want to miss it! Book in team and come show your support!

HUGE congratulations to our Wombles who competed at London Olympia over the last week ๐Ÿ‘ You all smashed it! Itโ€™s a pleasure to have been part of your preparation leading up to the big day!
Also congratulations to Danielle Keane for completing the Super 6 Half Marathons, with her final run being in Berlin! Incredible effort and truly inspirational!
