Pilates is hugely beneficial for men and here’s why👇

1) reduces stress as you are taking your mind into your body and away from daily stress

2) stress and cortisol destroy testosterone levels, so decreasing stress increases testosterone and stops it from decreasing.

3) recovery and prevention:
Pilates is focused muscle contraction, injuries usually occur due to poor muscle coordination and/or lack of correct stabilising muscles. Pilates is medicine for this.
