💜 THE NEW SPACE!!
It felt so lovely yesterday in the new space - Something about this new venue feels like it offers a sense of connectedness to the community, to our place in the circle and even to nature, what with the trees outside and beautiful park walk to get there..

I feel thrilled, and a sweet feeling like it might well grow into something really special. (See video taken after session ended - slightly random, though shows the gorgeous space and lighting..)

We will begin 15mins later to allow us a little more time to prep the space - Arrive from 7pm to start at 7.15pm - Doors close at 7.30pm

For now, simply sharing so much appreciation for the ongoing support to bring this gentle and heart-warming practice into our lives, in moving with our authentic nature and being with whatever shows up in the process.

💜 Welcome Back to Moving Connections!
Hello all you lovely people!..
Some joyful news, for those near London - This coming Tuesday 22nd Sept, we are restarting our weekly sessions, in Whittington Park Community Centre - A lovely and spacious hall, with green space outside, just minutes from Upper Holloway station!

I've been really missing our weekly gatherings and can't wait to welcome you back after a long summer of adventures. Please come and join us to move in our own way, at our pace, in community.
