NowWhat helps people navigate the moments when life suddenly changes – connecting them with trusted information, practical support and people who understand.

This September, the NowWhat team will be in Walpole Park supporting thousands of runners and their families, starting conversations about health and wellbeing where people already are.

Run for Nepal. 🇳🇵

Following the devastating floods that struck Nepal in August, Nepal Run have launched a fundraising campaign to support families affected by the disaster.

As our official 5K turnaround point for the Ealing Feeling 5K, Nepal Runs are an integral part of race day, and we want to support their campaign.

Funds raised will help provide essential food, water, clothing, household supplies and support for families and communities facing a long road to recovery.

All bibs must be collected in person at one of the following times:

📍 Thursday 24 September
3pm–8pm | The Castle Inn, 36 St Mary's Rd

📍 Friday 25 September
12pm–5pm | Race Village Baggage Tent, Walpole Park

📍 Saturday 26 September
10:30am–4pm | Race Village Baggage Tent, Walpole Park

📍 Sunday 27 September
7:15am–8:45am | Race Village Baggage Tent, Walpole Park

Important: Sunday collection is available, but expect queues and allow plenty of time before your race.

Can't collect it yourself? Someone else can collect your bib for you. Just email them to confirm you've authorised the collection. They'll need to show this at the collection desk.

And don't forget: if you're collecting for someone else, bring a pen so you can write their name on the back of the bib.
