We don't do free classes. Except for one week this October.

From 9–15 October, our London Fields studio is open to everyone, free. 23 classes a day, from 5:15am to 10:30pm, so come once, or come every day.

Done reformer before? Come and see what it's like when every class is worth your hour. New to it? Start with Orientation. There's one every day.

Most routines don't fail because someone stopped caring. They fail because the studio made staying consistent harder than it needed to be.

Think about it: a class you can't get into when your week shifts. Forty minutes booked, thirty actually spent moving. Not knowing if today's the good class or the disappointing one. £20 a session, so you quietly go less than you'd like to.

None of that is really about willpower. It's what happens when the studio isn't built to make consistency easy.
