The conflict in repetition.
Improving lives in repetition. But in repetition lives conflict. When we do something at our absolute best, is it the same peak?
Effort is what gives movement purpose and only in repetition can we dive deeper into the detail. The more we repeat the more detail will uncover, the sharper we can become. So we end up looking for more and the same.
There is conflict in repetition. With it we can build stats, data, and document our last feat. But as we look back, what version of ourselves are we comparing?
For each new line of data is a version stacked with previous efforts. So how fair are these comparisons?
For every new feat comes a new environment, a new set of challenges. So how equal are these comparisons?
There is conflict in repetition. Because sitting amongst it are variable that we don't know if we control.
