Today is Youth Mental Health Day 💚

Getting active can make a real difference to how young people feel. Activities like climbing are about so much more than just physical fitness. It’s about
building confidence, trying new things, and having fun with friends.

Whether it’s the buzz of reaching the top for the first time or the endorphin boost that comes with exercise, those moments matter.

We’ve written about it over on our blog, including some helpful resources.
Visit our blog over at clipnclimb.co.uk for details.

Know of any great organisations supporting young people’s mental health? Drop them in the comments — let’s share what’s out there. 👇
