Class instructor/personal trainer, Marek, mastering barbell squats in The Hive Gym! Check out our new 2017 timetable, with many great classes to improve your strength and core stability.
URGENT NOTICE: This Wednesday we will be undergoing maintenance within the gym. The resistance machines and some of the treadmills will be out of use for the day, however the weights rooms and all class will be in use.
