Thinking about becoming a Personal Trainer?

Before you sign up for any course, check these 4 essentials πŸ‘‡

1️⃣ Accreditation
This is the big one. If the course isn't properly accredited, it won't quality you as a PT - simple as that. Don't waste your time (and money!) on something that isn't recognised.

2️⃣ Course format
Online, in-person, blended - what suits you? Make sure the course fits your schedule and can be completed within an ideal time frame. Flexibility = less stress

3️⃣ Support
Don't get left in the dark. A good course should give you access to real human support. - someone you can email or speak to. No one likes feeling stuck!

4️⃣ Reviews
Do your homework. Read the reviews - yes even the bad ones. They'll give you insight into what the course is REALLY like, not just what the marketing says

βœ… At The Fitness Circle, we tick all these boxes - and more.

1. Build muscle & functional strength:
Women naturally have less muscle mass, but strength training build and maintains muscle - making daily tasks like lifting, carrying and climbing stairs easier. It also supports joint health and prevents injuries.

2. Boosts metabolism & burns fat:
Lifting weights helps increase your resting metabolic rate, making it easier to maintain a healthy weight when paired with good nutriton

3. Protect your bones:
Women face a higher risk of osteoporosis, especially post-menopause. Strength training can improve bone density, reduce risk of fractures & support long-term bone health

4. Improve mental health & confidence:
Resistance training has been shown to reduce anxiety and depression, improve sleep and boost self-esteem.

5. Support healthy aging:
As we age, strength training helps maintain independence, mobility and balance.

Strength training isn't just about how much you lift or what you look like, it's about living a longer, healthier life!

Our online Level 3 Personal Training course provides you with the skills and knowledge to successfully work with clients on a one-to-one basis. But you might question why you'd choose to study online rather than in person?

The course and certificate are the same whether studied online or in person - your study mode won’t be disclosed.

With that in mind, why choose an online course over a classroom-based course?

- Flexibility: Online studying gives you complete control over your schedule. Study how and when you want.

- Affordability: Removing classroom fees can greatly reduce the cost of the course, which is why we are able to be competively priced

- Location indepence: No need to travel

- Technology intergration: Multimedia, pause/ rewind lectures and digital resources to enhance learning
