Had the most wonderful afternoon Tring, speaking at the event.

It was fantastic to hear from such inspiring women, including ._ and Gemma Johnson. A huge thank you to for organising such a BRILLIANT event and for the thought-provoking discussion. And what an incredible setting—Champneys was the perfect place for a truly memorable afternoon.

A throwback photo from my 1st international fight at the Commonwealth Games in Glasgow in 2014. My fight made history as it was the 1st female 60kg bout to box in the history of a Commonwealth Games & I was the 1st female 60kg boxer to win a fight at a Commonwealth Games. Women were previously not allowed to box.

A fantastic weekend at Champneys Tring leading a series of Boxing Masterclasses centred around wellbeing. LOVED every moment - the energy, the people, and the most beautiful and tranquil setting. A truely special place.

I’m Incredibly excited to share news I’ve recently become a Shackleton Leader (yes - part of the legacy of the iconic Ernest Shackleton - the legendary Antarctic explorer whose leadership and resilience saved his crew against overwhelming odds during some of the most extreme expeditions in history.)

The funding received will go towards a year’s boxing & positive psychology programmes for women & girls under 25 in Tower Hamlets. The aim is to directly support young women from disadvantaged communities to build lasting resilience and improve mental health.

Thank you The Shackleton Foundation 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽
