Hi Everyone, so after a year of studying I’m back on the reformer.
Thank you to for letting play with the tower and the reformer.. it feels so good.
I love this machine, it has always helped me to get better, To engage properly my core. I have been diagnosed with hyper mobility syndrome and let me tell you.. a pain… can’t really feel anything I’m far too stretchy and elastic fantastic, strength for me is key for health..
The thing that makes me more happy than anything is that I haven’t completely lost all my strength!

I haven’t been out much… first time on date night…. This guys are amazing uyghur cuisine… a mix between Chinese and Turkish fusion.. I’m so impressed… my new favourite place in the whole world! Thanks guys…!!

I’m so happy! Week 4 run 3... for all of this week 4 I’ve done double time 1h instead of 30 min; I mean is really odd: I still don’t really like running but it makes me feel so happy and healthy afterwards that just the feeling does it for me!
