The Reset: Yin + Sound
Saturday 7th March
2pm - 4:30pm
A curated two-and-a-half-hour immersion for those feeling the build-up of the week and ready to recalibrate.
A deliberate pause for stretch, stillness and restoration.
The session begins with slow, fully supported Yin postures designed to ease accumulated tension and create space through the body.
We will incorporate a simple, guided breathing technique to support nervous system settling and help transition out of the pace of the week.
From there, we move into an immersive sound journey using bowls and gongs allowing the system to soften further.
This is not a performance or a push.
It is structured rest.

• Quiet integration and closing

Following many requests, we’re pleased to welcome Steven Sparling, who will be teaching an eight-week Mindfulness Now programme every Thursday evening.

Our Sound Immersions continue to fill quickly, so we’ve added two additional January dates.
✨ Breathwork & Extended Practices
Conscious Connected Breathwork and longer practices are also running throughout the month.
✨ Ecstatic Dance
A space to move, release, and reconnect through rhythm and free expression.

Reflections on the year 🤍
As we reach the end of 2025, it’s natural to reflect — and this year certainly began dramatically. Many of you will remember the New Year’s Day monsoon in the upstairs studio… here’s hoping for a calmer, drier start to 2026.
This time of year often brings pressure for “New Year, New You.” But winter isn’t a season for forcing change. It’s a time for rest, consolidation, and quiet preparation. For many of us, real momentum comes later — when energy naturally rises.
Before looking ahead, I want to say thank you.
To our students, for showing up and trusting the space.
To our teachers, for your care, professionalism, and adaptability.
In 2025, we ran over 2,000 classes — a great deal of shared movement, breath, and presence, and something I feel genuinely grateful for.
Looking ahead to 2026, there are some thoughtful additions coming — including an eight-week Mindfulness course, more Sound Bath evenings, a clearer booking journey, and a refreshed website.
For now, though, there is no rush.
Winter still has its place.
Thank you for being here and for moving through the seasons with us.

💫 WHERE STRENGTH MEETS STILLNESS 💫
As we start to prepare for darker nights and shorter days we invite you to come down to the studio and nurture your body and mind.
It’s always more difficult to find the energy to exercise during these months. Our natural instinct is to begin the process of hibernation.
Today is ❤️ and movement and community is proven to improve our emotional wellbeing.
Today is a gentle reminder of how powerful simple things can be. A deep breath, a shared smile, a moment of stillness, a class that reconnects you to your body and your breath. We can get out of our heads, where the internal dialogue can be so loud, and into our bodies.
Movement and community remind us that we’re not alone. They anchor us, lift our mood, and bring us back to ourselves, one inhale, one exhale at a time.
