The heat has got me up with the Dawn Chorus.
Out and early before it heats up.

On holiday I was up for the sunrise across Matera and I realised something.
There are more hours in the day to focus when you make an intention.
Intend to get up early.
Intend to take the dog out for an early morning walk
Intend to answer the important emails so they don't get forgotten.

Today I intend to make the most of the day and it's not even 08:00 yet!
