💪 Ask a gym instructor to take on the challenge
🏋️ Use the 5kg medicine ball with feet shoulder width apart
👀 A member of the gym team must be present at all times
🏆 The participant with the highest number of slams in 60 seconds will win a free day pass for a friend.
